Just Floors recommend that all customers please read these terms and conditions carefully before placing any orders on our website. Once you tick the terms and conditions box at the basket, you are understood to have read and accepted these terms and conditions.

We reserve the right to change prices, specifications and displayed information without prior notice.

Whilst every effort is made to ensure that products are shown as true to life as possible, information including images, product descriptions, product specifications and even pricing can only be as accurate as the website, user hardware and user software allows. We recommend that customers who are ordering specialist products, special order items, or are generally unsure about an answer to a question speak with our team first before ordering. Our friendly product experts are on hand 7 days a week to answer all of your questions, so please speak to us before ordering if you’re unsure. We are available in the showroom, on the phone, via email or any of our social media pages.

Finally, we cannot 100% guarantee a colour match for a product from an image that is displayed online on our website. Graphics and photos can produce slight variations in colours displayed and it’s always difficult to ensure colours are accurately displayed on every display. The appearance of finished & unfinished floors are not warranted in any event. Natural variations of texture or colour of real wood products will not beconsidered as defects.

We strongly advise visiting the showroom to purchase any real wood floor, as even a sample may be different from the product received in terms of natural variation.

We strongly advise against booking installers until your new floor has arrived and you have had the chance to check the product thoroughly. Whilst every effort is made to meet the delivery dates outlined on placing your order, occasionally these can be missed due to circumstances beyond our control. Regrettably, we cannot be held responsible for any consequential losses because of problems with delivery, defective products or the product not being acclimatised properly prior to fitting.

We ask that all goods are thoroughly checked for damages and faults prior to installation, with any issues reported to us before you attempt to install the product. This will allow us to sufficiently resolve any issues. Products that have been fitted are deemed to be accepted and may require a further inspection before any claim for reimbursement or replacement can be made.

Deliveries:

We offer a white glove delivery service within 25km of our Stoke on Trent Showroom, we do not use drop ship our courier services, your order will only be delivered by us and carried into your home (ground floor only).
We do not offer kerbside delivery and we will not deliver your floor unless the account holder is present to accept and sign for the delivery.

Pricing:

All of our products are displayed in pound sterling only and include the current standard VAT rate.
Our website shows a large range of products that are all input by hand, whilst we always aim for everything to be completely correct, there is a possibility of human error. If you see something that doesn’t look right, please contact us and we will amend it straight away.

Payments
Website payments are accepted by credit or debit card only via the secure checkout system. Just Floors will never call or email you to ask for payment details for website orders.
If we suspect an order to be fraudulent in any way, then we reserve the right to reject the order. We cannot refund any orders which are flagged by our system as fraudulent and will forward all details to the relevant authorities.
 
Credit card and Identity fraud is illegal and will lead to prosecution in all cases.

Delivery:
All deliveries from Just Floors will be made by us with our white glove delivery service. We deliver within 25km of our Stoke on Trent Showroom, we will carry the products into the ground floor of the property only.
On receiving your order we will call you to arrange a delivery slot that suits you, weekends and evening deliveries are available.
